Blackboard (Bb) continues with their frustrating practice of using application names that are extremely similar. For example: learn & mobile learn, content management system admin tools & content management system, collaboration & collaborate, and the many usages of the word "connect". This post will focus on collaboration versus collaborate.
Blackboard Learn 9.1 offers many "collaboration"
