A System Admin/Faculty Point Of View on Blackboard Learn's Inline Grading

Last week Blackboard (Bb), Inc. released a new tool called "Inline Grading" for their LEARN platform. This feature is suppose to be part of Learn 9.1 SP12, but if your institution is running SP10 or SP11 you do not have to wait.
