One MVP's Quest To Name A Bb Support Moose, While Reaching Users

The User Experience (UX) Team used multiple animals to mark their usability labs during Blackboard World 2012. There was a tiger, a bear, and a Moose that I know of. I have to admit that I really did not know why animal heads were hanging on the wall for at the time. This year when Andy Jacobson and crew visited Shenandoah University's (SU) campus I learned what those animals represented. But
